Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Production may commence once payment has been received.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate, including:
• Names
• Dates
• Inscriptions
• Messages
• Delivery Addresses
• Contact Details
Spelling and Inscription Errors
The customer accepts full responsibility for all wording, spelling, dates, and inscriptions submitted.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for spelling mistakes or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Should corrections be requested after production has commenced or after delivery, all costs associated with engraving, repairs, transport, and labour will be charged separately. These costs will be quoted based on the required work.
Product Variations
Natural granite may vary in colour, texture, and appearance. Such variations are not considered defects.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Custom-made products cannot generally be cancelled once production has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
Stellaland Granietwerke shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, transport delays, supplier shortages, or force majeure events.
